Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Layer Cache, S.L., the company that runs Voxfero (details in the legal notice). The Voxfero app itself is licensed to you under Apple’s standard licence agreement. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.

The service

Voxfero carries notes from ChatGPT and Siri to a folder you choose on your iPhone or in iCloud Drive. Saving from ChatGPT needs a Voxfero account and the Voxfero app in ChatGPT; saving with Siri works on the phone alone.

We work hard to deliver every save, but delivery depends on your iPhone, your network, ChatGPT and Apple’s services, which we don’t control. A save that waits more than 7 days for your iPhone is deleted unread. Keep anything you can’t afford to lose somewhere else as well.

We may change or improve Voxfero over time. If we ever stop the service, we’ll tell you in the app at least 30 days ahead.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be 16 or over to use Voxfero.

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings.

Your content

What you save is yours. We only handle it to deliver it to you, sealed so we can’t read it, and we delete our copy once it’s delivered. You’re responsible for what you save and for having the right to save it.

Fair use

Don’t use Voxfero to break the law, to attack, overload or probe the service, to get around its limits, or to reach anyone else’s account. We may suspend or close an account that does, and we’ll tell you why unless the law stops us.

Free saves and subscriptions

Your first ChatGPT saves are free, up to the allowance shown in the app. After that, saving from ChatGPT needs a subscription; a save that arrives over the allowance waits for you rather than being lost. Siri saves are free.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store and renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Apple’s terms cover payment, cancellation, refunds, and your right as an EU consumer to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. We may change prices for future renewals; Apple will tell you before a new price applies, and you can cancel instead.

Liability

We’re responsible for harm we cause through wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and for anything else the law doesn’t let us limit. Otherwise, because Voxfero relies on services we don’t control, we aren’t liable for saves that don’t arrive, for lost profits, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account before then.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
