Something not arriving? Most problems are one of the few below. If yours isn’t, write to us at support@voxfero.com and say which iPhone and iOS version you’re on.

Saving from ChatGPT

Add Voxfero to ChatGPT and sign in with the same account you use in the app. At the end of a conversation, say something like:

Save a summary of this to Voxfero.

ChatGPT confirms once the summary is on its way. It reaches your folder the next time your iPhone collects it, which is usually within moments, or as soon as you open the app.

Saving with Siri

Say “Hey Siri, save with Voxfero”. Siri asks what you’d like to save; say it, and the note is written straight to your folder on the phone.

A save hasn’t arrived

• Open the Voxfero app. Opening it collects anything waiting.
• Check that the folder you chose in Settings still exists in iCloud Drive or on your iPhone.
• Make sure you’re signed in to the same account in ChatGPT and in the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings in the app. Anything still waiting to be delivered is deleted with it. Notes already in your folder are yours and stay where they are.
